Quick answers about requests, quotes, payments, and what Serenity can accept.
How do I order a build?+
Submit the application form with your Roblox username, Discord username, budget, deadline, gamepasses, and inspo photos. Serenity will review it and follow up with approval, decline, or more questions.
Application details are collected through Tally.
Are prices fixed?+
No. Builds are quote-based because every build is different. Size, detail, deadline, custom furniture, and complexity all affect the final price.
Do you accept Bloxburg cash?+
No. Bloxburg cash is not accepted as payment.
Do you accept Robux?+
Robux may be accepted for smaller builds, but large builds are usually not suitable for Robux because of fees and currency loss.
Can I request a direct copy of another build?+
No. Inspo photos are welcome, but Serenity's Corner does not directly copy another builder's work.
What happens after I submit the form?+
Your application is reviewed. If it is suitable, Serenity will discuss details, confirm the quote, arrange payment, and schedule the build slot.
How do payments work?+
Payment happens after your quote is confirmed. Stripe links may be used for card payments.
